About me

Hi 👋, my name is Kastuv Tuladhar ~K2. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science. I am currently employed as a Senior Network Engineer at Sanford Health. Before that, I worked as a Research Assistant at the University of South Dakota and also as a Data-Communication Engineer at Huawei Technologies. My goal is to work at the crossroads of network infrastructure, security, cloud and DevOPs.

Currently, I am pursuing expert certifications on my fields. As I learn and grow, I will use this digital archive to share my tips, tricks, experiences, and resources. Join me on this exciting journey 🔥.

Senior Network Engineer -  Sanford Health (03/2019 - Current)

Sanford Health is the largest rural health system in the United States, my responsibility is to design and operate highly efficient and redundant network services that can seamlessly support crucial clinical health care and business applications.

I lead the role in Architecting and Automating NextGen Networks related to Cisco SD-ACCESS, ACI, and SD-WAN and DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) Infrastructures.

  • Team leader in designing the IP-RAN networks with Hierarchical-VPN in MP-BGP, MPLS/IP-VPN architecture for Mobile Backbone with Traffic Engineering (TE). Configure custom services 3G/4G and L2 Enterprise Services for +10000 network elements.
  • Migrated carrier and backbone networking from TDM to IP-based network for  NCELL-AXIATA and  Nepal Telecom as a vendor.
